Data We Process
Remotiq mobile 1.0.3 build 20 and later use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring. These services may process a pseudonymous app-instance identifier; first opens, sessions and engagement duration; viewed screens; connection method and success; app version, language, device and operating system; country/region derived by Google from the network connection; crash reports; and performance measurements. Remotiq does not assign a name, email address, phone number, or account identifier to Firebase.
For pairing, reconnection, and the ad-free trial, the mobile app stores some data only on your device: computer name, host/port, platform, last connection time, device identifier, secure auth token, preferences, and ad-free expiry. The auth token is kept in secure storage.
Computer addresses, local IP and port, pairing codes, device IDs and auth tokens, typed text, browser URLs, app names, documents, and screenshots are not added to Firebase events or custom crash fields. Firebase Performance may process the IP address used to reach Google services for coarse geographic segmentation.

- Used for the local computer connection, store update checks, optional Firebase reporting, and Google Mobile Ads in ad-supported builds.
Sharing and Ads
Commands and pairing secrets are not sent to Remotiq servers. Google Firebase may process the limited data described above as the analytics, crash-diagnostics, and performance provider. Google Mobile Ads may process device, app, and ad-interaction data under Google policies and platform permissions in ad-supported builds.
Google User Messaging Platform checks the applicable privacy choice before ads are requested and shows a consent form where required. On iOS, personalized-ad tracking is used only after App Tracking Transparency permission. Refusing it does not block core Remotiq features. Ad privacy and Firebase reporting are separate choices; disabling Share usage analytics stops Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring collection.
Diagnostics and Support
You may choose to copy a diagnostic summary containing connection status, app version, platform, saved computer name, and error codes. Auth tokens, pairing tokens, and token hashes are excluded.
When measurement is enabled, Crashlytics may process crash stack traces, redacted error types, relevant app state, device, and operating-system information. Remotiq does not add a user identity or connection secrets to custom crash fields.
Deleting Data
Forgetting a paired computer removes its saved details and secure auth token from the phone. Trusted devices can be removed on the desktop. Disabling Firebase reporting resets on-device Analytics data and stops future collection. Uninstalling removes local data. Because Remotiq sends no account identity to Firebase, reports cannot be searched by a person's name or account.
Children's Privacy
Remotiq is not directed to children. It does not request directly identifying account data; measurement data is processed pseudonymously as described above.
